Guest Instructor Bio
Ismail Elfath is a Moroccan-born American soccer referee for FIFA, MLS, and the Professional Referee Organization (PRO). He first served MLS as a Fourth Official in 2011 and made his full debut as an MLS referee in 2012. By 2016, he was listed as a referee for FIFA. Among his many accomplishments and honors:

Elfath was also the referee for the USL match between New York Red Bulls II and Orlando City B where the first on-field use of the Video Assistant Referee review took place while the then-new system was being tested.
