GUEST BIO:
Bill Dittmar has had a long and storied career as a soccer referee. He officiated in over 250 Major League Soccer and international matches from 1996 through 2015, including starting with MLS in its inaugural season. He also officiated over 1,500 NCAA matches, including working in the NCAA Final Four as a referee 6 times. In 2016, he was named as one of only 6 Professional Referee Organization (PRO) MLS Referee Coaches.
Bill also works as a professional motivational speaker at many events and as an Executive Business Coach for his own company, Executive Fusion Inc. He is on the faculty for The Honor Foundation (THF) which teaches Special Force Operators and Navy Seals corporate transition skills. He has served as a High School Varsity Coach for 40 years, starting in 1985.
