The new 2024-2025 General Liability Certificate of Insurance (COI) field insurance certificates are now available. The certificate coverage will be valid from 7/1/24 to 7/1/25.

As a reminder from the update communication sent out back in March of this year, the field insurance certificate fee has been reinstated. The fee is $50 for each certificate requested.

To be eligible for a certificate, please ensure your club has completed the Cal South annual affiliate renewal. If you have not yet completed the renewal, please follow the link below to begin that process. Those who have completed the renewal may access the link below to request an insurance certificate.
