“Get on the Bus” is looking to identify Cal South clubs wishing to grow recreational soccer in their communities. If you feel that your club could benefit greatly by taking advantage of this incredible grant opportunity, please contact your club president and let them know.
Recreational Club Benefits:
- Hands-on aid in coordinating a local afterschool program to enlist NEW players to your league
- Free full uniform kit for each player (jersey, shorts, socks, cleats, soccer ball)
- Your club’s player registration fees paid for each afterschool participant
Local Community Benefits:
- Afterschool care for each child in the program
- Tutoring and homework help for each participant along with providing a healthy snack
- Bus transportation for all participants from school to soccer practice once a week
- Bus transportation to games on Saturdays
