Cal South adheres to California AB 506. Mandatory Reporting is covered through SafeSport.
California AB 379 approved by the Governor on 8/30/2019, amending AB 2007 into the Youth Sports Concussion and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Prevention Protocols. Cal South updated in-system verifications and informational sheets to parents accordingly.
Cal South's Board of Directors adopts SafeSport and the Athlete & Participant Protection Policy into its Risk Management program. All members required to be in compliance by 9/1/2019.
