FRISCO, Texas (Jan. 30, 2025) — The application window is now open for the US Youth Soccer National League’s club-based divisions — Elite 64 and the Elite 64 Regional League — as the National League continues to bring together top clubs, players and leaders in the sport.
All interested clubs are welcome to apply for the club-based programming now through the application deadline of Feb. 28, 2025.
The National League’s club-based divisions offer competitive league play for boys and girls teams in the 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U and 18/19U age groups, with member clubs meeting standards that help to provide the best possible environment for every player to compete and pursue their soccer goals.
The highest level of club-centric programming (Elite 64 – Tier 1) within the National League offers teams with direct access to the National League’s national events and the accompanying pathway to the USYS National Championships, presented by New York Life. In its inaugural year with a pathway to the National Championships, the club-based program saw five teams claim USYS National Championships and reach the pinnacle of youth soccer.
COMING SOON: Additionally, exciting news is coming on Feb. 7 about the National League’s new events structure, beginning with the 2025-26 season!
The second level of club-centric programming (Elite 64 Regional League – Tier 2) within the National League offers clubs with a more localized competitive league environment and maintains hosting standards.
In addition to quality local competition, teams competing in the Tier 2 club-based leagues are eligible to apply for the new National League events structure.
At the National League’s national events, teams from the club-based divisions and the team-based divisions compete in a common competition — creating the only environment in youth soccer that enables the very best teams and players from both formats to play meaningful games in one location and competition.
Applications for the 2025-26 season of the National League’s team-based divisions will be available throughout the spring, with application windows varying based on each area of the country. Team-based application periods will be announced on National League social media as they open.
