Anaheim, CA (Wednesday, August 20, 2025) – The Cal South Board of Directors has officially announced that the 2025 Cal South Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held as a virtual/online meeting on December 15, 2025.

In advance of the AGM, Cal South is asking its Affiliate Members for their help in reviewing and proposing possible amendment changes and/or additions to the following three documents:

ALL PROPOSED AMENDMENTS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Name(s) of person(s) proposing the amendment(s)
2. Email address(es) of person(s) proposing the amendment(s)
3. Member type(s) and role. i.e. associate member: parent; player; or referee

ALL PROPOSALS MUST:

1. Identify document of proposed amendment, i.e. Bylaws, Rules and Regs, Articles of Incorporation
2. Document section and text of section for proposed amendment
3. Text of proposed amendment
4. Rational for the amendment

THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS IS SEPTEMBER 30, 2025.

2025 Annual General Meeting Timeline

  • August 20, 2025 – Cal South Annual General Meeting announced
  • August 20, 2025 – Amendment Proposal Submission period opens with Cal South By-Laws, Cal South Rules & Regulations, and Cal South Articles of Incorporation under consideration
  • September 30, 2025 – Amendment Proposal Submission period closes
  • October 31, 2025 – Affiliate Members asked to review accepted Amendment Proposals in preparation for voting at 2025 AGM
  • November 16, 2025 – Record Date, whereupon any Affiliate Member wishing to vote at the 2025 AGM must have been found to be “in good standing”
  • December 1, 2025 – Reminder to Affiliate Members regarding the 2025 Cal South AGM
  • December 13, 2025 – Email with 2025 Cal South AGM Zoom meeting link to be sent to Affiliate Members
  • December 15, 2025 – Cal South Annual General Meeting [online/virtual]
