Among these teams is the Girls 15U Beach FC team, who won the 2017 US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup title. The LA Breakers (17UG) will get another chance at the championship, also participating in the 2017 national tournament.
Thirty Cal South teams will be heading to Boise, Idaho for the Far West Regional Championships, taking place from June 17-23. Boca Jrs LA and Desert United Coachella (both 17UB) will get another chance for a title, falling short in the 2018 regional tournament that took place in Hawaii. Reigning National Champions Rebels SC will look to earn a back-to-back championship after clinching their spot with two championships in CRL and National Cup this season.
Legends FC IE (16UG), San Diego SC (16UG) and Legends FC South (19UG) will skip over the regional tournaments after clinching their berth directly into the National Championship Series through National League. Winners of the Far West Regional Championships will join these teams in their fight for a national title from July 22 to 28 at Overland Park, Kansas.
