The R9 Recreational Referee Program is designed for use in the training of referees in skills necessary for properly managing and conducting recreational leagues of age groups U-14 and younger. This program is administered by Cal South under the direction of USSF and curriculum developed by USSF. This 8-hour course provides for both classroom and field instruction on the basic Laws of the Game and in group participation in situations likely to confront the new referee.
